When and how can I check in at the designated accommodation (Bella Stay Hotel)?
지정 숙소(벨라스테이 호텔) 체크인은 언제, 어떻게하나요?

チェックイン時間は15時です。 15時より早くご到着の場合は、お荷物をロビーにてお預かりいたします。15時以降、ルームキーの配布とともにご入室いただけます。 チェックインの際は、宿泊ロビーに設置されている「東アジア日本研究者協議会」インフォメーションデスクにて、お申込み時のお名前をお伝えください。係員よりルームキーをお渡しいたします。
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m., you may leave your luggage at the hotel lobby. Room keys will be distributed, and check-in will be available after 3:00 p.m. When checking in, please visit the East Asian Consortium of Japanese Studies Information Desk located in the hotel lobby and provide the name you used for your reservation. The staff will then give you your room key.
숙소 체크인 시간은 15시입니다. 만약 15시보다 일찍 숙소에 도착하시는 경우에는 짐을 로비에 보관해드리고, 15시 이후 룸 키 배부와 함께 입실 가능합니다. 체크인을 하실 때는 숙소 로비에 별도로 마련되어 있는 동아시아일본연구자협의회 인포데스크에서 신청해 주신 이름을 말하시면 룸 키를 받을 수 있습니다.
