宿泊およびシャトルバスパッケージをお申し込みいただいた場合、春川市内の ベラステイホテル（Bella Stay Hotel） にご宿泊いただきます。 ベラステイホテルには、上記の3種類の客室タイプがご用意されています。 同伴者がいらっしゃる場合は ツインルームを優先的に割り当て いたします。 同伴者がいない場合は ダブルルームまたはオンドル（韓国式床暖房）ルーム を優先的に割り当ていたします。 ただし、決済完了の順に ダブルルームおよびツインルームが満室となった場合は、オンドルルームにご案内する場合がございます。 各タイプに空室がある場合は、現地にてルームタイプの変更をリクエストしていただくことも可能です。 宿泊およびシャトルバスパッケージをお申し込みいただいた参加者に限り、 ベラステイホテルから一林大学（Hallym University）まで運行する シャトルバスをご利用 いただけます（学会期間中のみ運行）。
Participants who apply for the Accommodation and Shuttle Bus Package will stay at Bella Stay Hotel in Chuncheon. Bella Stay Hotel offers three types of rooms as listed above. Participants accompanied by another person will be assigned to a Twin Room as a priority. Those without a companion will be assigned to either a Double Room or an Ondol (Korean-style heated floor) Room as a priority. Please note that if all Double and Twin Rooms are fully booked according to the order of payment completion, participants may be assigned to an Ondol Room instead. If there are remaining rooms in other types, room type changes can be requested on-site. Only participants who have applied for the Accommodation and Shuttle Bus Package will be able to use the shuttle bus service between Bella Stay Hotel and Hallym University during the conference period.
숙소와 셔틀버스 패키지를 신청하시면, 춘천의 벨라스테이 호텔에서 숙박하게 됩니다. 벨라스테이 호텔은 위의 세 가지 타입의 룸이 준비되어 있습니다. 동행인이 있는 경우 트윈으로 우선 배정되며, 동행인이 없는 경우에는 더블 타입과 온돌 타입으로 우선 배정됩니다. 다만, 결제를 완료한 순서대로 더블 및 트윈 룸이 모두 소진될 경우 온돌 룸으로 배정됨을 안내드립니다. 각 타입 별 여분의 룸이 있는 경우 현장에서 룸 타입 변경을 요청하시면 변경 가능합니다. 숙소와 셔틀버스 패키지를 신청하신 참가자에 한해 배정된 숙소에서 한림대학교까지 이동 가능한 셔틀버스를 학회 기간 동안 탑승하실 수 있습니다.
